In this 5 week course you will determine what your top 5 priorities in life are and plan ways for you to prioritize them. You will learn calendaring and how to create and honour "ME TIME"
Objective
This course is to provide a "taster" for HealthSpan11 Health & Life Coaching programs. It will give you the opportunity to work with me, and to discover whether we are the right fit for each other.

I will empower you to take control of your health naturally and sustainably. HealthSpan11 is a safe, non-judgmental space. Our HealthSpan11 Assessments on Sleep, Nutrition, Movement, Social Connection and Mindset will result in a total HealthSpan11 wellness number. Together we'll create personalized health goals and a roadmap to help you feel energized, focused, less stressed and in control. I'll provide guidance, support, and accountability, ensuring the journey is both effective and fun.
