Let’s detox our brains this spring, for the next six days, try a Tech Fast.
Unshackle your brain from your cell phone

Remove:
• Social media
• News scrolling
• Streaming platforms
• Constant email checking
Keep only what is essential:
• Phone calls
• Navigation
• Music
• Necessary communication
What happens when you do this?
Research and experience show that within just a few days:
• Dopamine signaling begins to normalize
• Attention span improves
• Stress hormones decrease
• Sleep quality improves
• Creativity increases
But first, something else will happen.
You may feel bored.
You may feel restless.
You might even reach for your phone without realizing it.
That’s the habit revealing itself.
And that’s exactly what we’re trying to break.
Replace the Digital Noise
Instead of digital stimulation, try:
• Reading a physical book, read a physical newspaper
• Going for a walk or run, exercise
• Journaling
• Meditating
• Spending time in nature
• Cooking a real meal
• Having an uninterrupted conversation
You may be surprised by how quickly your mind begins to slow down and clear.
