People are in CRISIS Right Now

Globally, more than 264 million people of all ages suffer from depression AND depression is a leading cause of disability worldwide and is a major contributor to the overall global burden of disease.


The truth is… People are more burnt out, sicker, and lonelier than ever before. You might feel it in your own life and perhaps you see it in the lives of your loved ones.


If you can change someone’s HABITS, then you are changing the very thing that determines their health and quality of life


As a Health and Life coach, my goal is to teach clients how to create healthier sustainable habits that will ultimately increase their Health span. This takes time and it’s hard work BUT the reward is huge.


WHAT IS A HABIT?

A habit is a behaviour that has been repeated enough times that becomes automatic.


Habits are mental shortcuts learnt from experience

Habits reduce cognitive load and make life easier because you don't have to think about the task 


THE MYTH ABOUT HABITS

Habits take away my freedom. They are routine and boring and leave no room for spontaneity.


To the contrary… Habits do NOT take away freedom, they create it. The people who do NOT have their habits dialed in are often the one’s with the least amount of freedom.


For example, if you don’t have a habit of hitting the gym at 7am every morning but you want to workout every day, then throughout the day you will be juggling your schedules and thoughts around when you can fit in a workout. It will be looming over you throughout the day and detract from your creativity. Whereas if you get it done first thing in the morning , your day opens up and you will have more freedom to do other things. Your mind will be free to tackle new challenges and master the next problem.


Each of us has unique coding or programming in our brains called BELIEFS. Beliefs give us a sense of security. Our beliefs create our experience and our experience confirms our beliefs.


BELIEFS create THOUGHTS 

THOUGHTS create FEELINGS 

FEELINGS create BEHAVIOR/ HABITS 

BEHAVIOR/ HABITS create RESULTS  

When you change your beliefs   …you can completely change your experience
